A temporary, stopgap budget will only prolong this conflict and continue to damage programs and organizations who are simply looking to help those most in need.

A fully funded, economically sound budget that is fair and responsible is the only answer to this self-inflicted wound that has been brought upon the people of Pennsylvania.”
