Stacey Dean Rambold, the Montana teacher previously sentenced by Judge G. Todd Baugh to just a 30-day sentence for rape of his student, 14-year-old Cherice Moralez in 2007, a girl who subsequently committed suicide, was re-sentenced today by Justice Randal Spaulding to 15 years in prison, with 5 years suspended.
