Join Pennsylvania NOW members, NOW-endorsed candidates and elected officials, and other activists and supporters from around the state for our 2019 State Convention on Saturday October 19th from 10am to 3pm at The Workshop at BOK (821 Dudley Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148)!
You can purchase your tickets here!
Meet us in Philadelphia where you’ll attend informative, relevant workshops, enjoy inspiring speakers, and vote for your new State Executive Committee!
You’ll help PA NOW build a statewide Feminist Agenda geared for action. We’ll celebrate and strategize for a historically female 2020 election and we’ll mount our fight against the onslaught of attacks on women’s freedoms in our state legislatures.
Since our founding in 1966, NOW’s purpose is to take action through intersectional grassroots activism to promote feminist ideals, lead societal change, eliminate discrimination, and achieve and protect the equal rights of all women and girls in all aspects of social, political, and economic life.
Women’s votes will decide the future. PA NOW is determined to elect a majority of elected officials who are committed to the advancement of women’s rights in all levels of political office.
These issues include, but are not limited to:
Reproductive rights and justice
Economic justice
Ending violence against women
Racial justice
LBGTQ rights
Constitutional Equality
Our time is NOW! Bring your voice to the 2019 State Convention and help us define our 2020 Feminist Agenda and beyond. Everyone is welcome!
