At this unique political moment, many people are feeling that as Obama leaves, what’s next? Some people are feeling a heightened anger and deepened frustration about rampant police brutality on Black lives and the lack of accountability. Others are fearful of the rise of armed white supremacists. But there is still reason to hope. New electoral data and analysis shows that Black people are positioned now more than ever to take the lead politically and win. How can we best prepare ourselves to seize this moment and continue to build on the Black electoral power demonstrated in past elections?
