East End NOW Marches With Fast Food Workers in Pittsburgh

East End NOW joined over 100 fast food workers and their supporters for the National protest in Wilkinsburg today marching and picketing McDonalds for fair and livable wage of $15 per hour. About 8 African American workers, young and old, were arrested for the their civil disobedience of disrupting traffic and refusing to disburse as the majority of protesters moved to the sidewalk. The police did their duty and duly arrested the 8 protestors without incident.
